These creatures, such as Ba’al and his armies of The Fallen, have no heart center. They have ZERO capacity for empathy, compassion, sympathy, kindness, caring or love. They are the opposite of Source Light. They steal Spirits and Life Force from humans to wield power which is not their own.

The war we find ourselves in on this earth is about ONE thing; The Light taking back its children and its territory from the dark. It’s simply a rescue mission, otherwise the Light is happy to live in perfect peace.

The Hanniba’al Directive is a protocol used by those without a soul to kill at will, even their own people. This is similar to Hannibal Lecter eating an old friend for dinner, or General Hanniba’al sacrificing Elephants in war; invading peaceful areas to gain power and control.
