I accurately pointed out — during an off-the-record conversation — that the U.S. and other governments are developing ethnically targeted bioweapons and that a 2021 study of the COVID-19 virus shows that COVID-19 appears to disproportionately affect certain races since the furin cleave docking site is most compatible with Blacks and Caucasians and least compatible with ethnic Chinese, Finns, and Ashkenazi Jews. In that sense, it serves as a kind of proof of concept for ethnically targeted bioweapons. I do not believe and never implied that the ethnic effect was deliberately engineered.”

Gates in 2005 presenting his Ethnically/Spiritually targeted bioweapons to the Pentagon as a silent means to obliterate those with specific Religion leanings. Keep in mind Bill Gates is a Satanist.

Bill Gates: On the left over here we have individuals who are religious fundamentalists, religious fanatics, and this is the expression of the RT-PCR, Real Time PCR expression of the V-MAT2 gene…
Over here we have individuals who are not particularly fundamentalists, not particularly religious, and you can see there’s a much reduced expression of this particular gene; the VMAT2 gene. Another evidence that supports our hypothesis for the development of this approach.
Pentagon Audience Member: What you are saying is that by spreading this virus we are going to eliminate individuals from going on a bombast and going into a market and blowing up the market?
Bill Gates: So our hypothesis is these are fanatical people, that they have an over expression of the VMAT2 gene, and that by vaccinating them against this… will eliminate this behavior.
So we have some very very remarkable data in this next slide. Here we have two brains scans. These are FMRI’s. These are two different individuals with different levels of expression of the VMAT2. On top is an individual who is a religious fanatic. An individual, and we have repeated this numerous times that, ah, has high levels of the VMAT2.
Now this individual down here (pointing to lower brain scan image on screen) who had low levels of the VMAT2 gene, this individual would self describe as not particularly religious.
In each case these individuals were read a religious text. This individual (pointing to top screen with high level VMAT2 God gene) lit up the right middle frontal gyrus, shown here, and that’s the part of the brain that is associated with theory of mind. It’s the part of the brain that has to do with intents and beliefs and desires.
In contrast, in MARKED contrast, the individual who would not particularly self describe as religious, and when they are read a religious text, what you see is this part of the brain called the anterior insular lights up. This is a part of the brain that’s associated with disgust or displeasure on hearing something.
Pentagon Audience Member: Are you suggesting I should carry a CTC scanner with me to evaluate people to determine whether or not we should put a bullet in their head?

The virus would immunize against this VMAT2 gene (Love of God gene) and that would have the effect that you see here:

…So the present plan and the tests that we have done so far, have used respiratory viruses such as flu or rhinoviruses, and… um, we believe that’s a satisfactory way to get exposure to the largest part of the population. Most (Not Bill or his family. They don’t get vaccinated according to their family doctor.) of us of course have been exposed to both of those viruses, and… and, we’re…. we’re quite confident that this will be a very successful approach.

Bill Gates: So the name of this project is FUNVAX, which is the vaccine for religious fundamentalism.
