In the 1890’s, Sequoia National Park was home to MANY beings that reached 250 feet into the sky; lingering survivors of a miraculous land from long ago.

   Grown men look like tiny fairies next to these massive tree stumps photographed in the late 1800’s.

If these trees lived over 130 years ago, what were the trees like 5000 years ago? The story of Jack and the Beanstalk appeared in 1734.  The traditional version was titled, “Jack the Giant Killer.”

Jack’s magic beans grew high into the sky, leading up to a world of giants that ate people. Were fairy tales of old revealing ancient truths, just as the movies of today?
