National Guard member arrested for his participation in the January 6 Capitol insurrection that Pro-Trump Patriots were blamed for.
“Abram Markofski, a private first-class, and his friend, Brandon Nelson, were arrested in Wisconsin and charged with four counts, including entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds and violent entry or disorderly conduct, according to the Justice Department.
Markofski joined the National Guard in 2019, according to The Associated Press, and serves in the 1st Battalion, 128th Infantry. He joins three other service members — two Army Reserve soldiers and a Virginia National Guardsoldier — who also face federal charges over their role in the Capitol attack.”
