The deep state continually eavesdrop on military comms, so when military telecommunications shut off from interacting with each other, it often means they don’t want intel being intercepted by dark players. For example, the military may know of multiple deep state plots for imminent terrorist attacks and they don’t want the deep state to know they know, or how they’ll avert them.

All the confusion and kerfuffle over Trump’s words, tweets, actions, orders, who he’s befriending and unfriending, arise from people not seeing the full picture; what’s at stake and who needs to be appeased right now for things to go well.
Imagine being captured by a psychopathic serial killer with a grenade in his hand tinkering with the pin, so you distract him by telling him you like his dog, and what a good owner he must be for his dog to be so well groomed and loyal.
