The Human body holds power points along energy centers. The Thymus gland, a more significant power center, sits in the center of the chest where the heart chakra or heart energy center is located. This is a very sacred and important nucleus for our well being.
The Thymus gland is named from the greek Thumos, meaning Spirit-ed-ness; to be filled with Spirit. In excitement, passion, love, peace and happiness, this inner Spirit expands. Under stress, pain, fear and anger, this Spirit-ed-ness disperses, shrinking the Life Force energy in and around the body, leaving it vulnerable and energetically weak.

The Heart chakra / Thymus center builds energy with the frequencies of peace and love, concurrently healing the body by producing more T-cells or antibodies as our love and excitement for life expands. The Thymus also responds powerfully and instantly to gentle loving touch.
Whether we are happy, peaceful angry or sad, we are determining our level of Life Force energy.
In times of stress we can support the Thymus with loving touch by massaging or gently tapping the center of the chest. It’s important to remain silent; without words or sounds, when the Thymus is being stimulated to build the energy within. Speaking or chanting while stimulating the Thymus is said to cause harm to the gland by forcing energy out.
Massaging the Thymus gland throughout the day is a very helpful support for the Spirit and body. You may also find great benefit with these verbal commands, to be performed away from Thymus stimulation:
