Plaintiff Ashley Parham claims P. Diddy threatened her with a knife and sexually assaulted her with a TV remote.
Court documents claim Pelletier was falsely posing as a Contra Costa Sheriff responding to a 911 call when he appeared on the scene of the crime, offering no help to the naked traumatized rape victim (Plaintiff), apparently only present to cover up the crime.
Two other Plaintiffs, a mother and son, claim Pelletier took them at gunpoint, instructing the son to get into a black SUV regarding warrants in California. Plaintiff demanded to speak to his attorney, which was refused and met with menacing intimidation. Both agreed to enter the SUV once Pelletier threatened to shoot them if they did not.
The two were taken blindfolded to what they believe was Pelletier’s home, then eventually driven to the Beacon Hotel in San Francisco, where they claim to have been beaten and drugged by other defendants.
Pelletier was overheard telling an associate at the scene that he would stay at a hotel nearby to avoid being linked to (the crimes at) the Beacon Hotel. The mother and son Plaintiffs were then taken to the location of the gang rape of first Plaintiff Ashley Parham, where they witnessed her assault.
P. Diddy and others tried to force the male Plaintiff to rape Ashley after she had been gang raped. Male Plaintiff believed they wanted to frame him for the gang rape.
DOJ will indict and charge Pelletier for his many crimes and connections, including moving children over to P. Diddy.
